Most people spend a career in one world. OJ Simmons spent 27 years in several — warships, combat zones, and eventually, the White House. That kind of range doesn't just build experience. It builds judgment.
He retired from the U.S. Navy as a Master Chief Petty Officer, the highest enlisted rank in the military, and started Enyne Leadership Development because the work wasn't finished. It still isn't.
