I'm OJ Simmons. I served 27 years in the United States Navy, rising to the rank of Master Chief Petty Officer — E-9, the highest enlisted rank in the military — developing leaders and building high-performing teams along the way.
When I retired, the uniform changed. The drive didn't.
There was still too much left to give — to people, to teams, to organizations trying to grow the right way.
That's how ENYNE Leadership Development was born.
